The contract between you and Yoseri, written to be read. Whatever limits your rights or ours is in bold, not in small print.
Yoseri is a tool for reading and organising personal finances. It gathers data you already hold — balances, transactions, documents — and presents it in a single view, with calculations whose method is shown.
By creating an account, you accept these terms. If you use Yoseri on behalf of a business, you declare that you have the authority to bind it.
Yoseri is not registered as an adviser or as a broker with any market authority, including the Autorité des marchés financiers in Quebec. It provides no investment, tax or legal advice, and recommends no transaction.
The findings shown are calculations on your own data, sometimes with assumptions indicated on screen. Financial decisions are entirely yours.
You must be 18 and reside in Canada. An account is personal: you are responsible for access to it and for the accuracy of the information you enter in it.
If you suspect unauthorised access, write to support@yoseri.com. We may suspend an account while we check, and we let you know.
Connections are established read-only. Yoseri can neither initiate a payment, nor move money, nor change anything at your institution. Authentication takes place with the institution; we do not keep your password.
The availability of a connection depends on the institution. An interruption on its side does not engage our liability, and the date of the last update stays shown on each account.
The free plan has no end date. Paid plans are billed in advance, in Canadian dollars, before GST and QST.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, with no pro-rata refund. The account then falls back to the free plan and your data stays. A price change is announced 30 days in advance; it applies only from the next renewal.
Your data, documents and receipts remain yours. You grant us only the licence needed to host, encrypt, display and back up this content in order to run the service — nothing more.
Your transactions are not used to train any model. We do not sell, rent or transfer your data to a third party, in any form, including aggregated.
The service is provided as is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Incidents and maintenance are published on the Service status page, before resolution when possible.
So far as the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid over the preceding twelve months — that is, zero for a free account.
Nothing here sets aside the rights that Quebec’s Consumer Protection Act grants you and which cannot be waived by contract.
You can close your account at any time, after exporting what you want to keep. Deletion is immediate; backups stop containing your data after 30 days. We may close an account in case of fraudulent use or non-payment, after notifying you.
A significant change is announced 30 days in advance, by email and in the app. Continuing to use the service after that date counts as acceptance; otherwise, you close your account and the previous version continues to apply until then.
These terms are governed by the law applicable in Quebec, and the courts of the district of Montreal have jurisdiction. A question? support@yoseri.com.
