All you own, all you owe.
All your accounts in one app. Banks, cards, cash, investments, assets — and your net worth, computed as assets minus debt.

Yoseri is not open yet outside Canada.
This page describes the product as it works in Canada. The pension plans, the tax shelters and the connected banks here are Canadian: they do not transpose. Where you are, it would rather be the local public plan, with the local tax shelters as tax shelters and your tax administration opposite.
We do not claim to know those rules today — connecting them is work, not a translation. Tell us where you are: the order in which markets open is decided there.
Status on August 30, 2026 — Yoseri is not open yet. This page previews a product under construction. The screens show one worked example: every amount on them comes from it, none from a real user. The private beta opens on October 1: join the waiting list.
$115,079.90 is what is left once everything you owe is subtracted.
It is not the sum of your accounts. It is $342,520 in assets minus $227,441 in debt — one figure, four lines on one side, four on the other.
Your property carries 81.7% of your assets. Your accounts, 3.6%.
That is the first thing the bar shows: what you own is highly concentrated, and very illiquid.
- Four asset lines, four debts, no averages

A chequing and a savings account at Desjardins, a credit card at National Bank. Yoseri adds the three the right way round — the card is subtracted — and shows, beside each balance, the exact moment it was read.
$4,210.20 in the account. $4,050.20 you can actually spend.
The gap is $160 of pending transactions: purchases made and authorised, but not yet posted by the bank. Most apps show the book balance and let you discover the difference three days later.

Freshness belongs to each account, not to the app: the two Desjardins accounts stay current while the National Bank card goes stale.

Credit utilisation is the second factor in your credit file. Below 30% it does not penalise you; above, it weighs.

$294,200 of non-financial assets, or 86% of what you own.
A financed asset has to appear in both places: the loan as a liability, the asset as an asset. Counting it on one side only distorts net worth — that was the case with your car until now.
$68,400 on the home, $5,800 on the vehicle.
Equity is the value minus what you owe on it. The home bought for $248,000 in 2022 is worth $280,000, less a $211,600 mortgage: $68,400 yours.
- Price paid, year of purchase and loan outstanding on every asset
- Home revalued every six months, vehicle recalculated every month
- Revaluation reminder every six months

Furniture and clothes: not countedAn asset that is hard to resell, or whose value is uncertain, inflates net worth without changing anything you could actually draw on.
Business and personal
$1,020 of deductible expenses spottedYour $6,480 of business income over twelve months goes through the same account as your groceries — 97% personal, 3% business.
Three questions people ask us before connecting an account.
The answers are short because the rules are.
Can Yoseri move money between my accounts?
No. Access is read-only.
What do I see if my bank goes down?
The last reliable value, with its time. When National Bank stopped answering at 10:10 p.m., the card stayed on screen at −$1,240.60, marked stale · since 10:10 p.m. yesterday, and the total carried the note “value possibly stale”.
Why does my car appear as both an asset and a liability?
Because it is both. The vehicle is worth $14,200 as an asset, the $8,400 loan outstanding sits as a liability, and your real equity is $5,800.
Further reading on this.
Yoseri’s publication unpacks these mechanisms with the maths shown, using worked figures you can redo by hand.
Your car does not cost you $289 a month
The loan instalment is the visible half. Counting depreciation and interest, the real cost reaches $525 a month — of which $221 you never see go past.
