Couples and families. Not shared access.
Manage the money of a couple or a family without merging your accounts. Yoseri Family opens a second full account for your partner, makes room for the children and, on top, keeps the household: a split key, shared envelopes, savings pots, what you own and owe together. Each person chooses what they show.

Two full Yoseri accounts
Family does not put your partner in your account. It opens their own: their accounts, their budget, their investments.
A key, not a law
Fifty-fifty is just one key among others. You set the proportion, for example 62/38, and the household follows it.
Shared envelopes
Rent, groceries, the Internet bill: the household splits your shared envelopes by the key, month after month.
The partition
One screen shows, field by field, what actually leaves your device for the household, and what never does.
Fifty-fifty is a setting, not a law.
$1,450 of rent does not weigh the same on two different incomes. You set the key, for example 62/38, and the household splits your shared envelopes by it, month after month. The app imposes nothing: it calculates.
- Couple mode: two members, one key. You find it under Me, in “Your household”.
- Your share and the household total, side by side, for the investments, assets and debts you share.
- A shared debt counts for your share in your debt total. The whole debt stays visible on its own page.
The split key
The one in the demo household. Yours is whatever you choose.
Two shares to read
For what you own and for what you owe: your share, and the household total.
A couple is not a merger.
Each keeps a full Yoseri. What crosses over into the household is set field by field, on a screen you reopen whenever you want.
- The household sees: the shared envelopes, and whatever you let through the partition.
- The partition, field by field: what actually leaves your device, and what never does.
- The setting is a screen, not a switch buried in a menu.

A place for everyone, at their age.
The household holds up to four children and teens, and up to two adults on top of the couple. What each person sees depends on their age, not on a borrowed password.
- A child is a first name, with no account: they exist for the household’s pots and expenses.
- A teen links their own account with a code from their parents. They see the household’s pots and plans.
- The parents’ salary and net worth are never shown to them, and they change nothing.
A child
Free. A teen: $2.99 a month, once their account is linked.
Adults at most
The couple and two extra adults, $5.99 a month each.
What you share, and what you lend each other.
The household is a layer placed on top of two accounts that stay whole.
Investments and assets
The ones you share are shown with your share, and the household total next to it.
Shared debts
A mortgage held by two counts for your share in your debts. The whole debt stays visible on its own page.
Money lent between relatives
What you lent, what you borrowed. “You are owed $200” reads at a glance.
Yoseri Family: $5.99 a month
A second full account, for your partner. An option with Yoseri, included in Yoseri+. The plans side by side.
What Family does not do, and never will.
It does not merge your accounts
Each keeps a full account. The household splits the shared envelopes by the key; the rest only crosses over if you let it through the partition.
It does not replace a Share space
Roommates, a trip with friends: a Share space keeps track of who paid what and who owes what. Family keeps the household.
No dollar moves
Family calculates a key and shares. It transfers nothing, refunds nothing, touches no account. Read-only is a technical limit, not a promise.
What couples and families ask us before getting started
What gets shared, what stays private, and what a second account costs.
Will my partner see everything I have?
Only what you let through. In “Your household”, the “The partition, field by field” screen shows what actually leaves your device, and what never does. It is a screen you reopen whenever you want, not a switch buried in a menu.
What about children, teens, grandparents?
A child is free: a first name, with no account, for the household’s pots and expenses. A teen costs $2.99 a month and links their own account with a code: they see the pots, never their parents’ salary or net worth, and they change nothing.
Is Family the same thing as a Share space?
No. Family is the household: the couple, the children, the split key and the household’s expenses. Share is for groups, like roommates or a trip with friends: it keeps track of who paid what and who owes what.
What about our investments, assets and debts?
The ones you share are shown with your share and the household total. A mortgage held by two counts for your share in your debt total, and the whole debt stays visible on its own page.
How much does Yoseri Family cost?
Yoseri Family is a second full account, for your partner: $5.99 a month as an option with the Yoseri plan, in Canadian dollars, before tax. It is included in Yoseri+. All the plans sit side by side on the pricing page. A child is free, a teen costs $2.99 a month, an extra adult $5.99 a month, up to four adults. A seat is only paid once the account is linked. Yoseri+ includes the partner seat only.
Two intact accounts. An honest household.
Set the key once, and the household starts counting, without anyone handing over a password, a balance or a secret.
