Terms of Service

1. Service description

Yoseri is a sports-trading analytics platform. We provide returns comparison, edge and expected-value analysis, closing-line-value (CLV) tracking, portfolio simulation, and related tools. Yoseri does not accept positions, hold trading funds, or operate a broker. Any trading you choose to do takes place at independent, licensed third-party operators, under their rules and your local laws.

2. Eligibility & user responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction if higher.
• You are responsible for ensuring that using trading-analytics tools and placing positions is legal where you live.
• You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your credentials secure.
• You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and their financial outcomes.

3. Subscriptions & billing

• Plans: The Free plan is free. Portfolio Pro and Elite are paid subscriptions; Lifetime is a one-time purchase. Prices are shown at checkout.
• Trials: paid plans may include a free trial. A valid payment method is required to start a trial, and the subscription renews automatically at the end of the trial unless cancelled beforehand.
• Renewals: subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• 7-day money-back guarantee: if you are on your first paid subscription with Yoseri, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your first payment by contacting support@yoseri.com. This applies once per user and only to the first billing cycle; after 7 days the standard no-refund policy applies.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

4. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content, is owned by Yoseri and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, resell, scrape, or redistribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

5. Data & privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process your data. By using the Service you consent to that processing.

6. Prohibited conduct

• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or where trading analytics are prohibited.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service or its data feeds.
• Sharing, reselling, or sublicensing your account or our data to third parties.
• Misrepresenting the Service as a broker, analyst guaranteeing profit, or financial adviser.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yoseri shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any trading losses, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Analytics, returns, and projections are informational only and do not guarantee any result. Trading involves risk; past performance does not predict future results, and Yoseri does not promise profit. Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, or legal advice.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

10. Modifications to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date and, where appropriate, communicated by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at Yoseri's place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.
